    Recent days, the selection results of “The 10th Anhui Provincial Patent Award” were announced. Anhui Qasky Quantum Technology Co., Ltd. Originality And Importance Of Technology

     The synthetic fiber QKD system and transmission method for quantum channels and classical channels are both basic and improved patents, solving the key technologies of quantum key distribution devices in actual deployment. At present, the relatively mature solution for existing quantum key distribution devices is based on single photon technology, and the main transmission path is based on fiber channel. Due to the strong power of classical signals transmitted in traditional fiber optic channels, quantum key distribution equipment cannot directly combine with existing classical optical communication equipment for transmission, and the dedicated quantum channel needs to be laid. Quantum key distribution devices require negotiation signals in addition to quantum signals, which require traditional classical optical communication devices to provide network services. In this case, deploying quantum key distribution devices not only consumes fiber resources, leading to increased costs, but also makes network deployment more cumbersome.

Technical Advantages

    The synthetic fiber system of the present invention is compatible with multiple application scenarios, has better product versatility, is easy to deploy, has more functions, and greatly reduces fiber resources and costs. Firstly, in application scenarios with traditional classical communication devices, the negotiation signal of QKD uses the network services provided by existing classical communication devices. The existing classic equipment includes OTN optical transmission network equipment、PTN packet transmission network equipment、SDH optical transmission equipment、Optical transceiver or fiber optic transceiver, etc. The classical signals of traditional classical communication equipment and the quantum synchronous signals generated by QKD equipment are combined into a fiber optic transmission, while ensuring the normal operation of both classical and quantum services, without the need to prepare a separate fiber for the quantum channel to be used separately. Secondly, in application scenarios without classical communication devices, the negotiation signal of QKD uses the classic optical communication module provided by the QKD device to provide network services. The classical signal of the classical optical communication module and the quantum synchronous signal generated by the QKD device are combined into a fiber optic transmission, while ensuring the normal operation of both classical and quantum services, without the need to prepare a separate fiber for the quantum channel to be used separately.
